摘要
目的分析急性白血病患者化疗期间真菌感染的发生率,探讨其危险因素,总结伊曲康唑的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2008年6月铁岭市中心医院血液科收治的196例急性白血病患者的临床资料。结果急性白血病化疗期间真茵感染发生率为15.3%,发生真菌感染的危险因素有年龄和使用广谱抗生素,伊曲康唑的治疗效果满意。结论急性白血病化疗期间的真菌感染发生率较高,伊曲康唑是经验性治疗的一线用药。
Objective To analysis the incidence and the risk factors of mycotic infection in leukemia patients and study the efficacy of intravenous administration itraconazole on those infections according to stratified diagnoses. Methods Retrospectively analysis of clinical data from Jan 2005 to Jun 2008 about 196 patients with acute leukemia treated in Tieling central hospital. Results The rate of mycotic infection is 15.3%, elderly patients and antibiotics treatment are the risk factors for the mycotic infection. Itraconazole treatment results were satisfactory. Conclusion There are high incidence of mycotic infection in leukemia patients during chemotherapy. The intravenous administration of itraconazole had been proved to be effective to treat mycotic infections with acute leukemia.
