摘要
目的通过调查分析徐家汇街道社区住院死亡病例死亡原因,提出本社区疾病防控重点、提高社区疾病防控水平的思路。方法根据本中心生命信息统计资料,对2005-2008年住院死亡病例死亡原因进行回顾性分析。结果本社区住院患者死亡原因以恶性肿瘤为首位,占67.11%;其次为脑血管疾病,占21.05%;肿瘤死者中男性以肺癌为首位,女性以消化道的肿瘤占首位。结论本社区疾病防控制工作的重点在于肿瘤知识的健康教育,社区防癌检查,癌症患者的社区康复及临终关怀。
Objective To investigate the cause of community-hospital deaths,seek the community focus on disease prevention and control and improve the level of community disease prevention and control.Methods According to the center of bio-information statistics for the year 2005-2008 deaths in our hospital,the cause of death was analyzed retrospectively.Results Malignant tumor ranked as the first of the causes of death in hospitalized patients with community,accounting for 67.11%;followed by cerebrovascular diseases,accounting for 21.05%,lung cancer ranked as the first tumor of the dead men;while digestive tract cancer was the top list of female.Conclusion This community disease control efforts should be focused on anti-cancer knowledge,health education,community anti-cancer checks,community-based rehabilitation for cancer patients and hospice care.
