摘要
结合大连万达公馆3号楼设计,对超高层钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构的设计过程做了简要的介绍,重点对基于性能的抗震设计过程进行介绍,并提出了结构薄弱环节的处理方法,理论分析证明这些方法对本工程设计是有效的。
Combimed the structure design of No.3 tower Wanda mansion in Dalian,the project introduced the structure design of extra-high shear wall building in brief and the seismic perform design in chief,produced method to deal with the frail place of the building,in the end,theoretical analysis proved the method effective.
