摘要 用低温处理大花秋葵根尖,对其进行染色体数目及核型研究。结果表明,大花秋葵体细胞染色体数目为2n=32。核型公式为K(2n)=2x=32=18m+10sm+4st,核型分类属于2B型。部分细胞具有B染色体。 The Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench is a perennial herbal flower. Its chromosome number and karyotype were sudied using the root tip treated with low temperature treatment. The results showed that the number of chromosome of the Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench was 2n=32, and the karyotype formula was K(2n) = 2x= 32 = 18m+ 10sm+4st, belonging to 2B type. B chromosome was found in some cells.
