摘要
【目的】以7种金光菊属植物为材料,通过核型分析来探究其染色体特性、亲缘关系及进化程度.【方法】通过常规压片法对植物根尖进行处理,并对7种金光菊进行聚类分析.【结果】7个金光菊品种中除了秋色和滔滔金黄为四倍体(2n=4x=76),其他均为二倍体(2n=2x=38).染色体条数为38和76条.染色体基数x=19.均未发现随体染色体.染色体种类由中部(m)和近中部(sm)组成.金光菊品种滔滔乡村的核型类型为“1A”型、小马黄色、小马橙色和秋色为“2A”型.小马橙色、滔滔柠檬黄和滔滔金黄为“2B”型,核型不对称系数为57.34%~62.41%.【结论】滔滔柠檬黄是7种植物中进化较高级的植物,小马红黄双色是7种植物中最原始,进化程度最低的植物.当遗传距离为5时,金光菊的7个品种被聚为4类.
【Objective】In this experiment,seven species of Rudbeckia were employed to explore their chromosome characteristics,genetic relationship,and the degree of evolution through karyotype analysis.【Method】The karyological analysis were conducted on the root-tip cells with the conventional method of pressedslice,and the cluster analysis were used to determine their genetic relationship.【Result】The number of fundamental chromosomes in Rudbeckia was 19(i.e.x=19).Of the seven species analyzed,the Autumn Colors and Toto Gold was diploid(2n=4x=76),and the other three were tetraploid(2n=2x=38).No chromosome satellite was found in all varieties.The types of chromosomes consisted of‘m’and‘sm’.The karyotype was‘1A’for Toto Rustic,‘2A’for Becky Yellow,Becky Red-Yellow Bicolor and Autumn Colors,2B for Becky Orange,Toto Lemon Yellow and Toto Gold;and the asymmetry coefficient of karyotypes ranged from 57.34%to 62.41%.【Conclusion】The variety of Toto Lemon Yellow was relatively evolutional,while the Becky Red-Yellow Bicolor was relatively original among seven varieties,and they could be clustered into 4 groups at the genetic distance of 5.
