摘要
文章以分析教师隐性知识特点及对其维度细化入手,进而探讨了Web2.0技术环境下社会性软件群的知识管理功能,及其对教师隐性知识共享的支持特性。在此基础上结合教师知识共享的需求,设计和搭建了一个基于社会性软件的教师隐性知识共享平台。
This paper analyzes the teachers' tacit knowledge characteristics and its dimension refinement, and then discussed the management function of the social software and its effect on supporting teachers' tacit knowledge sharing under the Web2.0 technology environment. By organically combining the demand of teachers' tacit knowledge sharing and on this basis designed and builds one platform to share the teachers' tacit knowledge based on the social software.
