摘要
机构知识库是开放存取运动的三大重要成果之一,构建过程中的影响要素和相关问题的解决将决定机构知识库是否能成功和可持续发展,因此相关要素的分析具有十分重要的意义。经研究发现,系统平台、内容提交者、用户、相关管理政策是决定机构知识库成功构建和可持续发展的基本要素。
Institutional repository belongs to one of the three most significant advances in open access movement. The influence essential factors and its relative questions during the creating process determines whether or not institutional repositories could be successfully set up and develop sustai nably. Our research shows that system platform, content up -loaders, users and management policy are key factors for the creation of institutional repository and its sustainable development.
