摘要
目的:评估种植义齿的5年临床效果。方法:选取2003年1月～2008年1月来本院进行种植牙修复牙列缺损的340例患者作为研究对象。对所有接受种植治疗的患者在结构修复完成后每年随访1次,种植体周围骨吸收状况采用X线片进行比较,评价患者疗效和满意度。结果:跟踪随访了6个月～5年,共有9例患者的12枚种植体脱落,种植体5年累计存留率为98.4%。510枚种植体不同时期牙槽骨吸收量与负重前的差异均没有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者种植后总体满意度高于种植前(P<0.05)。结论:种植义齿是修复牙列缺损的长期有效的方法,值得在临床上继续推广。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical results of implant dentures for 5 years.. Methods： 340 patients with defect of dentition in our hospital as the researching targeters from Jan. 2003 to Jan. 2008. All patients received implant dentures and were followed up one time each year. Bone resorption round implant was compared by X-ray. To evaluate the therapeutic effect and satisfy patients.Result：6 months to 5 years, there are 9 patients losed 12 implants.The accumulative persistence rate of implant was 98.4% in 5 years. The frontal resorption of 510 implant between before and after weight loading was different （P〈0.05）. The patients were satisfied after implant than before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Implant dentures was a long-term and effective method to defect of dentition.
