摘要
分析农业科研单位自身农业科技成果转化难的原因,说明科技经营型人才对科技成果转化的作用,以期对农业科研单位提高科技成果转化率有所帮助。
The courses of difficulty in commercialization of agriculture-based research achievements made by the agricultural research institutions are analyzed, and the importance of management talents in commercialization of the research achievements is described.
