累及重要分支的主动脉扩张型疾病的腔内隔绝术 被引量：4

摘要 自1994年Dake首次使用血管腔内隔绝术治疗B型主动脉夹层以来，血管腔内隔绝术已成为治疗主动脉扩张性疾病的新选择。目前主动脉直筒型以及肾下腹主动脉．髂动脉分支型的隔绝移植物系统已经比较成熟，腔内隔绝术已进入分支区腔内隔绝术的探索阶段。若近端瘤颈距离重要分支（如左颈总动脉、头臂干、腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉、。肾动脉等）的距离〈15mm，采用以往的直筒型腔内移植物有可能造成严重后果。
