摘要
目的：探讨ＮＯＳ抑制剂ＬＮＡＭＥ（左旋硝基精氨酸甲酯）对沙土鼠海马区环磷酸鸟苷（ｃＧＭＰ）的影响。方法：钳夹沙土鼠的双侧颈总动脉制造脑缺血模型，应用免疫荧光法染色，以便观察ｃＧＭＰ浓度的变化及分布。结果：ＬＮＡＭＥ抑制ｃＧＭＰ的合成。结论：ＬＮＡＭＥ是一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）强有力的抑制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To observe effects of L-NAME on cGMP production in the gerbil hippocampus after recirculation following ischemia. METHOD: Both vessels occlusion and immunofluorescent methods in gerbil hippocampal tissue slice incubated in vitro were used. RESULTS: L-NAME inhibited cGMP production. CONCLUSION: L-NAME is a strong inhibitor of NOS (nitric oxide synthase). The role of endogenous NO mediated cGMP synthesis is inhibited by the L-NAME.
