摘要
文章解读了就业歧视的概念及理论,阐明了就业歧视的判断标准;对我国高校毕业生市场的就业歧视现状进行分析,并对其形成原因做了探讨;提出了解决大学生就业歧视问题的对策和建议。
The paper firstly discusses the concept and basic principles of employment discrimination and elaborates the standards of judging it,then analyses the causes for the employment discrimination against Chinese college graduates and finally proposes countermeasuers to eliminate employment discrimination against Chinese college graduates.
