摘要
将开挖的膨胀岩作为回填料是南水北调中线一期工程总干渠新乡潞王坟膨胀岩试验段渠坡处理措施中的大胆尝试。比选、研究了在不同碾压机具、铺土层厚、碾压遍数等条件下,土工格栅+泥灰岩开挖料、换填黏性土料、土工袋+泥灰岩开挖料等三种不同处理措施的压实效果。研究表明,开挖出来的泥灰岩膨胀岩用作回填材料时,压实度宜控制在90%左右,并根据不同处理措施现场碾压的压实效果,提出了相应处理措施的施工碾压参数及施工质量控制标准建议值。
The expansibility of marlite should be considered when it is used as the backfilling material after excavated.The compaction effect of geogrid with marlite method,soil bag with marlite method,replaced backfilling clay method,which were used in the swelling rock slope of the Luwangfen test Region of middle-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project were studied on the different conditions.Study showed that the degree of expansion of marlite as the backfilling material should be controlled about 90.0%.Then according the effect of compaction test in different measures,the compaction parameter and the quality control index are provided.
