摘要
论述了上海交大生命学院在"国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地"建设中,根据自身特点,以教育创新和教育改革为动力,以企业实训为切入点,加强实训基地的建设、实训内容的规划与实训环节的实施,加强对基地班学生的实践技能、科研能力及创新意识的培养,使基地的人才培养质量得到了很大提高,形成了基地的鲜明办学特色。
This article explored in the construction of national base of life science and biotechnology education （SJTU） how to develop the talents with both knowledge and ability of up-stream and down-stream of biotechnology, integrated with science and engineering. Plant practice in biotechnological enterprises is one of the most important steps to nurture the innovative biotechnology talents, it makes full use of the plant practice to improve the ability of students to apply the knowledge of biotechnology and learning initiatives.
