非完美界面复合材料的损伤界面能研究

摘要 根据能量法求出的非完美界面复合材料应变能表达式,定义了损伤界面能。分别计算了体变所引起的损伤界面能密度与夹杂内应变能密度的比值和畸变引起的两者比值.发现这两个比值正是文献[8]中所定义的两个无量纲因子αt和αG。这就为αk和αG赋与了新的物理含义,从而揭示了非完美界面复合材料定规模量随αk、αG增大而减小的物理本质,即损伤界面能越大刚度越小。文未给出了常见夹杂形状的αk、αG因子公式。 The defective energy of interface of composite with imperfect interface is defined in terms of the representation of strainenergy deduced by variational method. The ratio of density of defective energy of interface to one of strain energy within the inclusionrisen from changes of bulk and distortion is calculated respectively,and it is discovered it is αk and αG, the two dimentionless factors,that is defined in [8]. So a new physical meaning is given to the αk and αG. Furthermore, the physical essence is explored,that is,theeffective meduli decreace with increasing of defective energy of interface. The formulae of ah and ac usually used for different shapes ofinclusion are detived in the end of this paper.
