摘要
本研究是为解决自由曲面(如型腔膜,凸模等)的研磨加工自动化而研制的一种新型摩轮-弹性磨轮。采用聚氨酯合成橡胶及氟化乙烯发泡材料作成基材,再外加一层研磨材料作成的弹性砂轮,在加工中心及自动机床上对自由面进行光整加工。
This research is on a new type of grinding wheel - elastic grinding wheel developed for the automation of grinding process on free curved surface (e. g. the cavities of the models, the cams, etc). The elastic grinding wheel, made from such basic materials as polyurethane synthetic rubber and ethylene - fluoride and coated with a layer of abrasive can be applied to the processing centres and the automatic machine tools to do fine processing on free curved surface.
