摘要
在将数控车削加工和SN弹性砂轮抛磨技术溶于一体的实际应用中,通过减小数控车床的脉冲当量(即步进位移精度),弥补了数控车床位移精度较低的缺陷;通过特殊的循环程序结构设计,解决了SN弹性砂轮抛磨时不定次数的无进给量或微进给量的补磨磨削,保证了零件的加工精度.数控车床实例改造证明:数控车削加工附加 SN弹性砂轮,扩展了数控加工的应用范围和功能.
Integrating numerical control lathe grinding work with SN elastic grinding wheel polishing technology can perfect numerical control lathe work. In the practical application, it makes up the disfigurement of low displacement precision for numerical control lathe by decreasing pulse equivalent (i. e. step displacement precision) and solves the additional polishing and grinding of indefinite non-load and micro-load for SN elastic grinding wheel in polishing, ensuring the processing precision of accessories via special circulation program structure design in the article. The innovation examples of numerical control lathe show: numerical control lathe work added with SN elastic grinding wheel can enlarge the application scope and function of numerical control lathe work.
