摘要
从什么是图书馆的"人"和人与图书馆、馆员与读者、馆员与图书馆管理、馆员与社会之间的关系分析图书馆人本管理的内涵,提出"以读者为本"、"以馆员为本"是高校图书馆应用人本管理思想的两个主要方面。
The paper analyses the meaning of human-based management through discussing both ＂library people＂ and the relations between people and library, librarians and readers, librarians, library management and society. It puts forward that the reader-based and librarian-based management are the two main aspects in applying the human-based management in college libraries.
