六味黄酮茶水溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要 目的建立六味黄酮茶产品高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法Waters SunFire C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈﹣超纯水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果在选定的色谱条件下,通过相似度分析确定了22个色谱峰构成六味黄酮茶指纹图谱的特征峰。结论用高效液相色谱-二极管列阵检测器联用(HPLC-DAD)法建立六位黄酮茶产品HPLC指纹图谱,有稳定、重复性好等特点,为企业提供了质量控制依据。 Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Six-flavor Tea. Methods Waters SunFire C18 column was used with the mix,re of acetonitrile and ultrapure water as the mobile phase by a gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results Under the above chromatographic conditions, 22 chromatographic peaks were involved in the characteristic absorption band of Sixlavor Tea fingerprint by a similarity analysis. Conclusion The fingerprint chromatogram of Six-flavor Tea set up by HPLC-DAD is stable and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Six-flavor Tea product.
