摘要
以一台12槽10极电动机为例,通过有限元法,建立电动机电磁场模型,分析了不同辅助槽槽型和尺寸对永磁电动机定位力矩大小的影响。研究表明,定位力矩的大小与辅助槽的尺寸和槽型有关,选择合适的辅助槽槽型和尺寸可以有效抑制定位力矩。
The cogging torque of a 12-slot 10-pole PM motor was analyzed quantificationally using FEM at different sizes and groove-shapes of auxiliary slot. The results show that the cogging torque are associated with the size and the groove -shapes of auxiliary slot. The cogging torque can be reduced by selecting the appropriate auxiliary slot size and groove shape.
