摘要
永磁电机气隙磁密的设计不合理将导致启动冲击大、启动峰值电流大及启动转矩大,对变压器与负载设备造成一定的损伤,在矿用环境下甚至造成爆炸事故,严重影响工厂安全性,采用有限元分析计算获取气隙磁密大小对电机性能的影响,为永磁电机的安全设计提供指导。
Unreasonable design for air-gap flux density of PMSM will result in big start impact, large starting peak current and large starting torque, and casued some damage on the transformer and load equipments, even cause explosion in the mine environment, seriously affecting the safety of the plant, in this paper, we will use finite element analysis to obtain the size of the air-gap flux density to research of performance of PMSM and to provide guidance for the safe design of PMSM.
