摘要
目的探讨磁共振成像在子宫恶性肿瘤术前评估中的价值。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2008年12月在潍坊医学院经病理证实为子宫恶性肿瘤的50例患者，治疗前均行磁共振成像检查，其中45例行手术治疗。依据国际妇产科协会分期原则，将术前磁共振成像分期与术后病理分期进行对照研究。结果磁共振成像对子宫恶性肿瘤分期总的准确度为86．67％，磁共振成像判断子宫内膜癌的准确度为89．29％，磁共振成像判断子宫颈癌的准确度为82．35％。磁共振成像分期判断与手术病理分期结果一致性良好。结论磁共振成像在子宫恶性肿瘤的诊断和分期中有重要·临床价值，应作为妇科肿瘤治疗前的常规检查方法。
Objective To explore value of magnetic resonance images （MRI）in preoperative assessment of uterine malignant tumors. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with uterine malignant tumors diagnosed pathologically in our hospital in a period from January, 2007 to December, 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent MRI scan, 45 patients were performed on operation. The preoperative stagings by MRI were compared with postoperative pathological stagings according to staging principals of International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics （ FIGO ）. Results The total accuracy rate of diagnosis of MRI for uterine malignant tumors was 86.67% , of which that for endometrial carcinoma was 89.29% ,that for cervical carcinoma was 82.35%. There was a good consistency of MRI staging judgement to postoperative pathological staging. Conclusion MRI is of important clinical value in diagnosis and staging of uterine malignant tumors. MRI should be regarded as a preoperative routine examination method of uterine malignant tumors.
