摘要
本文通过稀释的方法排除SD－Na对细菌内毒素试验的干扰。确定其最大非抑制浓度及宜选用的鲎试剂灵敏度。结果SD－Na的细菌内毒素限值为4EU．ml-1，最大无抑制浓度为12．5mg．ml-1宜选用小于或等于0．25EU．ml-1灵敏度的鲎试剂。
The method of dilution was used to prevent the interference of SD-Na to the bacterial endotoxin test. To determine the maximum uninhibited concentration of SD-Na and the labeled TAL Reagent sensitivity which should be chosen. The bacterial endotoxin limit of SD-Na is 4 EU. ml-1,The maximum uninhibited concentration of SD-Na is 12. 5mg. ml-1, and we should use less than or equal to 0. 25 EU. ml-1labeded TAL Regent sensitivity for the bacterial endotoxin test.
