摘要
运用偏离—份额分析法(Shift-share Method,SSM),以近年来旅游统计资料为依据,对西安国际旅游产业结构进行实证研究,认为邮电通信基础好,竞争力强,是西安市旅游创汇中具有部门优势的增长部门;游览、娱乐、市政交通等基础差,但发展快,也是旅游创汇中的经济增长部门;而住宿、餐饮、商品销售等基础较好,但竞争力较差,属于旅游创汇潜力不足的产业部门。以此为基础,提出应强化邮电通信的主导地位,加大对游览等部门的扶持力度,逐步解决住宿等部门效益低下问题。
Using the tourism statistics of recent years,this article employs the Shift-Share Method（SSM） to do a research on the structure of the tourism industry.It contends that the post and telecommunications have a good base and a competitive edge,and it is the preponderant increasing department in foreign currency earning.In addition,sightseeing,entertainment,municipal transportation have a poor base,but they are developing fast.They are the increasing industrial departments as well on tourism foreign exchange.However,accommodation,catering,and commodity distribution have no sufficient potentials in foreign currency earning.In view of the performance of each tourism department in earning foreign exchange,the article suggests strengthening the leading position of post and telecommunications,increasing the support of tourism departments,and solving the low benefits of accommodation step and step.
