摘要
在研究10个辣椒品种的产量形成耐低温指数基础上,又从发芽指数、幼苗冷害指数和营养生长耐低温指数等方面评价了不同生育期辣椒品种的耐低温性。结果表明,在不同生育期,10个辣椒品种的耐低温性均存在显著差异,其中苏长红的耐低温性最差,苏椒5号的耐低温性最强,二者适合作为辣椒耐低温性研究的试验材料;相关分析显示,产量形成耐低温性与其他评价结果之间存在显著相关性。4℃实验室条件下的4叶1心期幼苗冷害指数和15℃条件下的发芽指数可以作为辣椒品种耐低温性的评价指标。
The chilling tolerance of ten pepper ( Capsicum annuum L. ) varieties was evaluated not only using yield-formation-chilling-tolerant index, but also through germination index, seedling chilling injury index and vegetative-chilling-tolerant index at different development stages,respectively. The results showed as follows:The chilling tolerance of ten varieties had remarkable difference. The chilling stress inhibited the vegetation growth and field formation of pepper significantly. Among the ten varieties, SCH has the lowest chilling tolerance, and SJ-5 has the higher chilling tolerance. The correlation analysis between yield- formation- chilling- tolerant index and the other three indexes indicated that the seedling chilling injury index and the germination index at 15℃ were feasible to identify the chilling tolerance of pepper varieties.
