摘要
采用低温下发芽鉴定、田间自然低温鉴定和种子生理生化指标测定等方法,研究了8个辣椒品种种子萌发期耐冷性反应。结果表明,供试材料的发芽临界低温范围为10.29~15.1℃,低温下室内耐冷性鉴定温度指标为18℃。辣椒耐冷性鉴定指标可采用18℃下发芽指数、田间耐冷性总指数和耐冷性隶属函数值。辣椒耐冷性可分为强、中、弱3个类型。
Eight pepper cultivars were studied for their chilling tolerance at theseed germination stage using germination test under natural and controlled low tempera-ture conditions ,and biochemical and physiological target test.The results showed thatthe critical low temperature range of seed germination was 10.29~ 15.1℃in 8 peppercultivars. Appraisal temperature index on chilling tolerance in the room was 18℃. Thegermination index below 18℃,chilling tolerance total index in the field and subordinatenumber function valus (SNEV)were used to identity the chilling tolerance appraisal in-dexes. Chilling tolerance in pepper can be classified into 3 types of strong,middle andweak tolerance to chilling.
