摘要
"小组工作"是社会工作的三大基本方法之一。养老机构中的老人相对集中,为开展老年小组工作提供了便利条件。对南京X养老院老人开展小组工作的实践证明,在养老机构开展小组工作能够促进老人个体潜能的开发、提升个体解决问题的能力、促进个体的社会化。在养老机构开展小组工作是必要的,也是行之有效的。
＂Group work＂ is one of three basic methods of social work, which can be easily made better use of in aged-eare centers as there are mass of old people there. The practice in X Care Center for the elderly in Nanjing proves that group work in the institutions, which is necessary and effective, is helpful for the elderly to step up their development of individual potential, to enhance their ability to solve problems individually and to promote the socialization of individuals.
