摘要
2007年的金融海啸以及由此引发的经济危机,引发人们对欧美以及其他发达国家金融监管部门监管方式的质疑。本文通过介绍国外主要的监管方式,即规则导向监管和原则导向监管,比较两种监管方式的特点、优点、缺点,并提出将两种监管方式相结合,为我国商业银行监管提供借鉴的思路。
The financial disaster happened in 2007 arose people＇ s oppugn on the supervisory ways of the supervision and regulation departments of USA, Europe and other developed countries. This essay discusses about the mainly supervisory ways of these countries, which are rule - based banking regulation and principle - based banking regulation. The article talks about the different characteristic, advantages and disadvantages of these two ways. At last, the article suggests that the supervisory departments for commercial banks of China should adopt the method that combines these two ways together to improve the supervisory efficiency and effectiveness.
