摘要 科技园的发展愈来愈个性化与多样化,在迈向创新型国家的进程中,欧洲国家科技园的发展表现出三种典型的战略模式,即瑞典的联盟驱动模式、荷兰的大学驱动模式、以及芬兰的公司驱动模式。在实施或者参与国家与地方的创新政策中,不同的科技园发展战略模式表现出独有的策略与方法,在系统分析不同模式机制的基础上,可以从战略政策、管理策略、发展网络的角度窥见科技园发展战略模式的一般特征与未来趋向。 Science and technology park development is more and more individualistic and diversified, and it emerges three kinds of typical strategic mode in European countries during the process of striding in innovation country which are alliance - driven mode in Sweden, university - driven mode in Netherlands, and company - driven in Finland. Different science and technology development strategic mode embodies particular tactic and approach in implementing or participating in national and local innovative policies, and based on systemic analyzing the mechanism of different mode it can be found the general characteristics and future trend of science and technology development strategic mode in some aspects which are strategic policy, management tactic, development network.
