摘要
干细胞治疗急性心肌梗死的应用日益广泛,结合超声微泡可辅助干细胞在心肌梗死区靶向归巢,增加局部血管新生;微泡联合基因修饰干细胞,可进一步提高移植效率,改善心脏功能。同时,也有许多问题待研究解决。
In recent years, stem cell transplantation has been more widely applied in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Using ultrasound-mediated mierobubbles destruction with stem cell transplantation into infarcted myocardium can improve both targeted delivery of stem cells and neovascularization. Genetic modification of stem cell by microbubble will enhance transplantation efficiency in order to improve cardiac function. However, many problems are still unresolved and more research needs to be carried out.
