茶皂素单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸单酯硫酸钠乳化剂合成与性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以茶皂素为原料,依次与单乙醇胺、顺丁烯二酸酐反应,制备茶皂素单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸,再与亚硫酸氢钠进行磺化反应,合成了一种新型表面活性剂茶皂素单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸单酯硫酸钠。考察了磺化一步的温度、原料配比、反应时间等因素对新合成表面活性剂表面张力的影响。结果表明,该新型表面活性剂同时具有阴离子及非离子型表面活性剂的优点,HLB值为19.06,表面张力低于茶皂素,起泡力及稳泡性优于茶皂素。适宜的磺化工艺为:温度80℃,茶皂素单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸与亚硫酸氢钠摩尔比1∶1,反应时间2.5 h。在此条件下合成的产品的表面张力、起泡高度及稳泡高度分别为39.61 mN/m,3.02 mL,1.41 mL。 Tea saponin monoethanolamide succinic acid was prepared by tea saponin as material, monoeth- anolamine and maleic anhydride as reactant in turn. Then sulfonation reaction came about with sodium bisulfite,a novel surfactant-tea saponin monoethanolamide succinate single-ester sodium sulfate was prepared. The influences on the new synthetic surface-active agent surface tension from factors such as sulfonated step temperature, raw material ratio, reaction time were investigated by orthogonal test. The results showed that the new surfactant has both anionic and non-ionic surfactants advantage, HLB value is 19.06 ,the surface tension is lower than the tea saponin' s and that foaming ability and foam stability is better than tea saponin' s. Suitable sulfonation process are as follows: temperature is 80℃,molar ratio of tea saponin monoethanolamide succinic acid to sodium bisultite is 1:1, time is 2.5 h,under these condi- tions,the surface tension,foaming height and stable foam height are respectively 39.61 mN/m,3.02 mL and 1.41 mL.
