摘要
以烷基多苷和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料、对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、亚硫酸铵为磺化试剂,通过酯化、磺化反应合成了烷基多苷磺基琥珀酸单酯二铵盐(APG-SA),探讨了合成反应的影响因素,测定了产品的表面性能。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳工艺条件如下:酯化温度为90℃、磺化温度为55℃、催化剂用量(以顺丁烯二酸酐计)为1.5%、n(顺丁烯二酸酐)∶n(烷基多苷)=1.5∶1,在此条件下阴离子活性物含量为49.64%。
Alkyl polyglucoside sulfosuccinate diammonium(APG-SA) was synthesized by esterification and sulfonation reaction of alkyl polyglycoside(APG) and maleic anhydride with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst and ammonium sulfite as sulfonating agent. The major influential factors of the synthetic process were studied and the surface properties of product were determined. The optimum conditions obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were as follows: esterifying temperature was 90℃, sulfonating temperature was 55℃, amount of catalyst was 1.5% (based on the mass of maleic anhydride ), n(maleic anhydride) : n (APG) : 1.5 : 1. Under above conditions,the content of anion active substance was 49.64%.
