摘要
为模拟试验方案,减少试验次数,确保设计方案的可行性以及在实际工程使用中的安全性,利用Pro/E2.0软件建立了简化实体模型,再通过ANSYS10.0中的热-结构耦合场完成了热应力分析的数值模拟,得到了模拟实际工况下的换热器焊接处热应力分析结果,为换热器设计提供了理论依据。
In order to simulate the design plan, ensure its feasibility and safety in actual use,the simplified solid model was built by the Pro/E2.0 and the numerical simulation of thermal stress analysis was accomplished by thermal-structure couple field of ANSYS10. 0, the analysis result of the welding at the simulated actual working condition was got, which provides theory basis for the designment of heat exchanger.
