将橡胶O形密封圈使用中涉及的材料非线性、几何非线性和接触非线性考虑到轴对称有限元模型中,讨论了不同使用条件和沟槽结构参数对O形密封圈使用性能的影响。结果表明,预压缩情况下,接触密封断面上的接触应力分布呈抛物线;压缩率对O形密封圈的最大接触应力和剪应力影响较大;沟槽槽口转角处的圆角半径对该位置的剪应力影响较大,但对密封面上的最大接触应力影响很小;不同的沟槽宽度对接触应力也有较大影响。
Axisymmetric finite element models of rubber O-ring seal, which include the material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity, were constructed. The influences of various working conditions and structure parame- ters on the peformance of 0-ring seal were discussed. Results show that the distribution of contact normal stress at the seal- ing interface of 0-ring seal is parabolic shape in the precompression case, and the initial compression ratio has great effect on the maximum contact normal stress and shear stress. Great changes of shear stress take place in the notch with different fillet radii in the seal groove, but little ones of the maximum contact normal stress at the sealing interface. The different width of groove has a remarkable influence on the contact normal stress.
