摘要
目的研究恩诺沙星对实验小鼠免疫细胞的影响。方法24只SPF级小鼠随机分成恩诺沙星组与正常组。实验分3周进行,每组每周各杀4只,采用酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)方法检测T、B淋巴细胞的动态比值变化。结果喂药1周小鼠的T、B淋巴细胞比值与正常组差异极显著(P<0.01),提示该药对T、B淋巴细胞有影响;而喂药第2、3周小鼠的T、B淋巴细胞比值的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论恩诺沙星在短期内对实验小鼠免疫细胞有影响,尤其是T淋巴细胞。
Objective To study the effect of enrofloxacin on the immune cells of experimental mice. Methods 24 SPF mice was randomly divided into 2 groups, the control and the enrofloxacin-fed group. The experiment lasted for 3 weeks with 4 mice killed every week. The ratio changes of T, B lymphocyte were tested by using the acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase （ANAE） test. Results One week later, compared with the enrofloxacin-fed group, the difference of the ratio of T, B lymphocyte of the control group was significant （P〈0.01）, which showed obvious effect of enrofloxacin on the ratio of T and B lymphocytes. The effect of enrofloxacin on the ratio of T, B lymphocytes of the experimental mice was not significant （P〉0. 05） after they were fed with enrofloxacin for 2 and 3 weeks. Conclusion Enrofloxacin had an effect on T, B, especially on T, lymphocyte of the mice in a short period.
