摘要
高校新的人事制度改革势在必行,新的制度促进了高校业务档案建设向规范化、合理化、科学化的方向发展,新形势下高校业务档案要抓好收集、管理、利用三个环节的工作,才能更好地服务于社会。
It is imperative to reform the college personnel system nowadays. The new system will promote the construction of college personal archives to be more standard, rational and scientific. This paper aims to explore the way of college personal archives collection, management and utilization in the new situation so as to serve our society better.
