根据多年工作的实践经验和体会 ,阐述了高校教师业务档案的重要作用 。
Theachers' Professional Files are of great importance to the Colleges and universities.At the same time,the author pointed out the problems that we need to solve in order to tighten up the management of teachers' professional files.
