摘要
2008年9月中国乳业几乎一夜之间集体沦陷于三聚氰胺掺假事件。中国食品安全的四大制度体系随即面临反思和重构。由此我们不禁反思在这个关系食品安全的全链条环节上,为什么经常出问题。本文借由当下在中国发生的一系列食品安全问题对照与借鉴国外经验对中国的食品安全问题进行探析,介绍了我国目前食品安全的现状,并简要分析了产生食品安全问题产生的原因,并就食品安全问题以及可能解决的方案进行探讨。
"People regard food as their prime want, and food safety should be given the top priority", in September of 2008, the whole Chinese dairy sink into Melamine adulteration incident almost overnight. Immediately, the four systems of Chinese food security is confronted with reflection and reconstruction. The dissertation will discuss about series of food security issues ocurred in China recently, also foreign experience will be contrast of and referred. This dissertation introduce the current status of food safty, food security classification and analyse the causes of why food security issues arise, then explores and analyses dialectically about possible solutions.
