摘要
随着城市化进入加速时期,旨在解决"三农"问题的乡村空间重构和规划是当今中国必须面对和亟待解决的现实课题。欠发达地区乡村社会转型滞后、小城镇空间集聚功能弱、村庄空废化等问题凸显。社会主义新农村建设为乡村空间重构提供了契机,乡村空间重构是新农村建设的现实路径选择。城乡统筹规划是乡村空间重构的立足点,整合重点城镇发展空间是乡村空间重构规划的关键,整治村庄生产与生活空间是乡村空间重构规划的重点,改造传统农业是乡村空间重构规划的重要内容。
With the acceleration of urbanization,rural spatial reconstruction and planning aimed at solving ＂Three Rural Issues＂ is a real problem China has to resolve.In rural areas,the problems are serious,like lag rural soeial transfer, poor small town spatial concentration function and village vacancy and disusing.New rural social community construction provides an opportunity to rural spatial reconstruction,and rural spatial reconstruction is a realistic routing selection for new rural social community construction.Urban and rural overall planning is the foothold for rural spatial reconstruction, and restructuring rural production and life space is the key of rural spatial reconstruction, and restructuring traditional agriculture is the major content of rural spatial reconstruction.
