摘要
大学生法制教育是高校德育的基本内容和重要目标之一,加强法制教育是高校德育的发展趋势,也是解决大学生违法犯罪问题的有效手段。但是法制教育的现状严重不适应高等教育和大学生全面发展的需要,采取措施提高法制教育在高校德育中的地位,更好地发挥其作用是一项迫切而重要的任务。
The legal education is one of main aims in the university＇ s moral education. It is not only the developing tendency of the university＇ s moral education to strengthen the legal education, but also an effective method to solve crimes among university students. The legal education, however, can＇ t adapt to the higher education and university students comprehensive development now. Therefore, it is essential to take measures to improve the position of the legal education in the university＇ s moral education for playing its important role.
