摘要
道德教育是大学教育的重要组成部分,主要目标包括政治道德、社会公德和个人品德教育。当前高校德育工作面临新的机遇和挑战。基于德国哲学家康德的法学思想,大学生德育教育可从其“法的定义”作为大学生法教育的切入点,通过其“法律义务的三个基本类型”明确大学生德育教育的目标,从而促使大学生成为积极的国家公民。
Moral education is an important part of university education,and the main objectives include political morality,social morality and personal character education.At present,moral education in universities is facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on the legal thought of German philosopher Kant,the moral education of college students can take the“definition of law”as the entry point of legal education of college students and clarify the goal of moral education of college students through the“three basic types of legal obligations”,so as to make college students become This will help students to become active citizens of the country.
