摘要 采用正交试验法优选党参粗多糖的水提工艺,研究浸泡时间(A)、提取时间(B)和提取温度(C)等三个因素对党参粗多糖提取率的影响,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。以粗多糖得率为指标,各因素对党参多糖提取效果的影响程度依次为提取温度(C)>提取时间(B)>浸泡时间(A),结果显示党参粗多糖水提工艺条件为:浸泡时间2h,提取时间3h,提取温度100℃。 To optimize the fine water extracting process via Orthogonal Experimental Design; to study the influence of three methods: different water-soaking time (A), extraction time (B), and extraction temperature (C) on the extracting rate of Radix codonopsis Chide polysaccharide; and to test the Polysaccharide content using Phenol - Sulfuric Acid method. Polysaccharide yield as an indicator , the extent and impact of the extraction are followed by extraction temperature (C)〉 extraction time (B)〉 water-soaking time (A) . Radix Codonopsis Polysaccharide yield is affected by the different experimental factors as mentioned above . The best conditions of extraction are as follows: two hours for water-soaking time, three hours for extraction time, and extraction temperature is 100 ℃.
