摘要
传统的单CPU结构数控系统虽然能在一定程度上满足加工的需求,但是随着对加工精度和效率要求的日益提高,数控系统必将向多CPU结构发展.通过对多CPU结构数控系统的不断研究与实践,提出了一种多CPU结构数控系统的构架,以及基于这种结构的插补算法.实践证明,这种结构的数控系统不仅能够提高加工的精度与效率,而且能很好地应用于实际加工.
The traditional single-CPU structure of the CNC system is able to meet the need of manufacture to a certain extent, but CNC system is apt to multi-CPU structure with increasing requirements of efficiency and accuracy. After ongoing research and try, a new multi-CPU architecture of the CNC system is put forward. Practices have proved that this architecture can improve the accuracy and efficiency, and meet the actual need of manufacture.
