摘要 针对小直径的废旧电线金属回收困难,现有传统机械刀具易磨损且剥皮自动化程度低,焚烧和化学等剥皮方法存在污染环境的问题,基于超声波切割高效磨损小的原理,设计了一种废旧电线超声波剥皮的装置。该装置由卷线机构,矫直机构,旋转机构,以及超声波剥皮机构,位置检测模块等组成。控制系统以上位机PC+下位机ARM单片机的方式进行控制。该装置能够进行对单根1mm^10mm不同直径电线进行剥皮,刀具磨损小,便于长期工作。能实现小直径废旧电线回收自动化,有利于保护环境,提高回废旧电线收效率。 For the recycling of small diameter waste wire metal, the existing traditional mechanical tools are easy to wear and the degree of peeling automation is low. The incineration and chemical peeling methods have the problem of polluting the environment. Based on the principle of ultrasonic cutting high efficiency, an ultrasonic wire stripping of waste wires is designed. The device is composed of a winding mechanism, a straightening mechanism, a rotating mechanism, an ultrasonic peeling mechanism, a position detecting module and the like. Control system above the PC + lower computer ARM microcontroller mode to control. The device is capable of stripping a single wire of 1 mm to 10 mm diameter, and the tool wear is small, which is convenient for long-term work. It can realize the automatic recycling of small-diameter waste wires, which is conducive to protecting the environment and improving the efficiency of recycling used wires.
