摘要
文章指出,分配问题具有鲜明的实践性,中小企业薪酬管理是按劳分配的实践基础。理解和掌握马克思按劳分配理论能有效解决中小企业薪酬管理中存在的诸多矛盾和问题,中小企业在其薪酬管理中加强按劳分配理论实践也有利于促进马克思分配理论的发展。
Distribution is very clear in practice, and the compensation management in SMEs is the practical basic of distribution according to work. Understanding and grasping Marx's theory of distribution according to work can effectively deal with many contradictions and problems on compensation management in SMEs. In addition, they can strengthen the practice of distribution according to work in compensation management, which is in favor of improving the development of Marx's distribution theory.
