摘要 由美国芝加哥北部郊区图书馆系统主办的北星网是有效开展公共图书馆社区信息服务的著名网站。运用PeterMorville的用户体验蜂窝模型对其服务模式进行解读发现,公共图书馆建设的社区信息服务网站能够促进图书馆拓展服务、融入社会,为我国图书馆社区信息服务建设提供了一些借鉴和启示。 The NorthStarNet hosted by the North Suburban Library System of Chicago in America is a famous community information service website. Through the analysis of the service model of the NorthStarNet with the User Experience Honeycomb of Peter Morville, it shows that the community information service website which established by the public library could promote public libraries to extend its services and get into the society. The service model of the NorthStarNet provides reference and inspirations for the library community information service in China.
