摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗喉白斑的临床疗效。方法对19例患者在表面麻醉下经鼻腔进行纤维喉镜下喉白斑摘除术,术后2周服用中药,疗程3个月以上。结果14例未再复发,4例复发后继续中西医治疗随访,1例中断治疗后癌变。结论纤维喉镜下手术摘除,结合中药治疗有显著疗效。
Objective To study the efficiency of combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for laryngeal hickie. Methods 19 patients were operated under surface anesthesia via oral passages by fibre endoscope and received traditional Chinese for morn than three months after operation two weeks. Results 14 patients had not recurrent.4 patients had recurrent continued to combined therapy and followed-up. 1 patient stopped therapy and suffered from larynx cancer. Conclusion Operation by fibre endoscope conbined traditional Chinese medicine is good efficiency.
