摘要
对9例喉白斑临床病理分析。男性7例、女性2例。声带7例,构区2例。单纯上皮增生性白斑3例,不同程度非典型增生性白斑6例。8例手术治疗,随访1—3.5年均未见复发或发展为浸润性癌。
The clinicopathology of laryngeal leucoplakia were studied in 9 cases in which 7 cases arising from. vocal cord and 2 cases from aryteniod area. of these cases 7 weremale and 2 famale. There were 3 cases with simple hyperplastic leucoplakia, and theremains were with light to severe degrees. atypical hyperplastic leucoplakia. Exceptone, all were cured after operation and followed for three and half years. Norecurrance or developing to invasive carcinoma were observed.
