摘要
本文以土培试验和溶液培养试验,研究了油菜不同品种硼素营养的遗传性差异的可能机理。结果表明,油菜出现花而不实是因为缺硼后花粉发育不正常,花粉粒不萌发,花粉管未伸长。低硼条件下,施用硼肥能显著地提高低芥酸油菜的产量。油菜的土壤硼素临界值因品种而异。油菜不同品种对缺硼反应差异的机理是它们根系吸硼能力和硼在体内的再利用等方面存在差异。
The pot experiments and solution culture were carried out to study the inheritabledifference on boron nutrition of different cultivars of oilseed rape.The results are sum-med up as follows:The characteristic symptoms of boron deficiency of rape crop was“flowering with-out setting seed”.It was assumed that boron deficiency caused abnormal pollen germina-tion and reduced pollen tube growth.The seed yield was significantly increased by theapplication of boron where the soil available boron was low.The critical level of soilboron for rape crop was different for different cultivars.Thus,the susceptibility toboron deficiency of different cultivars was different.The results indicated that cultivar“430” was less efficient in boron utilization than other cultivars and that its ability ofboron absorption and reutilization was also low.
