摘要
在土培条件下,以石灰性紫色土为供试土壤,研究了硼素营养对苧麻碳代谢的影响。结果表明:缺硼苧麻叶绿素含量及光合速率较施硼的低,“午睡”现象延长、日同化量少。施硼提高麻株各部位叶片单位干重中^(14)C放射性强度和总脉冲数;促进标记叶中同化产物运往心叶和根系等器官,促进新叶和根系生长。茎叶中非还原性糖和淀粉含量均因缺硼而累积,并随生育进程而愈加明显。叶片中半纤维素和木质素含量,缺硼的显著高于供硼的处理,但茎干中的除苗期较高外,生育后期两处理间差异不显著。施硼极显著地提高茎杆中纤维素含量,且在整个生育期中一直保持优势。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of boron on the carbon metabolism of ramie ( Boehmeria nivea ) . The main results obtained were summarized as follows: Photosynthetic rate and content of chlorophyll in leaves were significantly affected by boron. The content of chlorophyll in all growing periods, and the rate of photosynthesis were reduced under boron-deficient condition, but there was no difference in the ratio between chlorophyll a and b. Nonreducing sugar and starch were accumalated in leaves and stems under boron-deficiency, which became more pronounced as the plants grow. When boron was applied, either the ^(14)C radioactive intensity or the toatl ^(14)C uptake of ramie leaves was increased and ^(14)C-photosynthate transportation into the young leaves and roots. Meanwhile the contents of hemicellulose and lignin in the leaves were decreased; and the content of cellulose in the stems increased.
